Complete terms and conditions for using FolioGenerator platform
By using FolioGenerator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable rules and guidelines. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and CodePulse Innovations. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately. Accessing or using FolioGenerator after changes have been made to the terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
This agreement governs your access to and use of the FolioGenerator platform, including all associated services, features, and integrations. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Any violation of the provisions outlined herein may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.
FolioGenerator is an AI-powered application designed to convert user-uploaded resumes into visually appealing, customizable, and professional digital portfolios. Users can select templates, customize sections, integrate third-party platforms, and share their portfolios publicly or privately.
The service operates under a subscription model, offering varying levels of access based on user tiers. FolioGenerator is intended for personal, professional, and enterprise use, with additional features available in the Pro and Enterprise packages. All processing is powered by proprietary AI systems developed and owned by CodePulse Innovations.
Users must register for an account to use FolioGenerator. Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account, you must notify us immediately via the contact email provided.
FolioGenerator is available globally and does not impose a strict age restriction. However, by using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under your local laws or have parental/guardian consent if required by your jurisdiction.
Use of the service is subject to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. CodePulse Innovations reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to individuals or regions where the service may be prohibited by law.
FolioGenerator offers multiple subscription plans:
All payments are processed monthly unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrades and downgrades can be managed through your account settings.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, LemonSqueezing, and Clerk for secure payment processing. All financial transactions are encrypted and handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.
Users are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and current. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of access to the platform until the issue is resolved. We reserve the right to revise pricing and will notify users in advance of any changes.
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions once payment has been processed. The Free Plan provides an opportunity to try our core features before committing to a paid plan. Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered in cases of billing errors or service outages at our sole discretion.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time to avoid future charges, but cancellation will not affect past charges.
We respect your privacy. All data submitted by users, including resumes and generated portfolios, are processed securely and stored temporarily (up to one week). CodePulse Innovations does not sell, share, or monetize user data under any circumstance.
We comply with global data protection regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), and other applicable privacy laws. Users can delete their data at any time via the My Profile dashboard.

All content generated or uploaded by users remains the intellectual property of the user. CodePulse Innovations claims no ownership over your resumes, portfolios, or profile details.
By using FolioGenerator, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the services you requested. You may delete your content at any time.
FolioGenerator leverages AI to create portfolios, but the accuracy and appropriateness of the output depend on the input data provided. We do not guarantee factual correctness, professional suitability, or legal compliance of the content generated.
Users are encouraged to review and verify all generated content before use. CodePulse Innovations shall not be held liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
We aim for 99.99% uptime with redundancy and fallback systems in place. However, availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, and unforeseen disruptions. Scheduled downtimes will be announced in advance where possible.
In the unlikely event of a system failure or data loss, we will take all reasonable steps to restore service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delays, or technical issues.
All user data, including uploaded resumes and generated portfolios, is stored for a maximum duration of one week. After this period, it may be automatically purged from our servers unless the user explicitly requests extension or downloads the files.
This policy ensures a minimal data retention footprint in accordance with global privacy laws. Users are advised to export their data within the storage period. Deleted accounts result in immediate and irreversible deletion of all associated data.
FolioGenerator allows users to connect and export their portfolios to third-party platforms such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and Notion. These integrations are optional and require explicit user consent before activation.
We are not responsible for the data handling practices of these third parties. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of use of any third-party platforms they choose to connect with FolioGenerator.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or through FolioGenerator:
Violations of these terms may result in account suspension, legal action, and permanent bans.
All software, codebase, UI/UX designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation of FolioGenerator are solely owned by CodePulse Innovations. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly forbidden.
We maintain comprehensive records of our proprietary developments and will enforce intellectual property rights under applicable copyright and digital protection laws worldwide.
Users retain full rights and ownership of the portfolios generated using FolioGenerator, including the right to publish, edit, or use them for personal and professional purposes. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
However, commercial resale or mass reproduction of portfolios is permitted only under the Enterprise plan with explicit permission. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with employment, publishing, or educational policies when using their portfolios.
With your express consent, FolioGenerator may feature select portfolios in our public gallery, promotional content, or investor presentations as examples of output quality. These cases will only occur with your prior written approval or opt-in selection during usage.
You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting our support team. Without user permission, no content will be shared publicly or reused by CodePulse Innovations.
CodePulse Innovations reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to our services or reputation. This includes misuse of AI, fraudulent payment activity, or unlawful content submissions.
In the case of termination, any remaining subscription time may not be refunded. Users may export their portfolios and data prior to account closure if applicable.
While we strive to deliver a reliable and secure service, CodePulse Innovations shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use FolioGenerator. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or content inaccuracies.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations, so these clauses may not fully apply to you depending on your location.
By using FolioGenerator, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodePulse Innovations, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these terms.
This indemnity obligation survives the termination or expiration of your account and remains enforceable under applicable laws.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration rather than litigation. This clause is in line with common SaaS practices and ensures efficient, fair resolution through a neutral third party.
All arbitration shall be conducted under international digital copyright dispute resolution frameworks unless otherwise agreed. The location of arbitration shall be Pakistan, or remotely through authorized virtual arbitration panels.
Although CodePulse Innovations is headquartered in Pakistan, FolioGenerator operates globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws when accessing or using the platform in other countries.
We make no guarantees that the content or services are appropriate or available outside jurisdictions where use is explicitly permitted.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect new features, legal requirements, or policy changes. Users will be notified of any material updates via email or an announcement on our platform.
Continued use of FolioGenerator after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for the most current information.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and service-related communications. You may also opt-in to receive promotional materials, updates, and special offers via email.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but you will still receive essential service notifications related to your account.
We offer affiliate and referral programs to partners and individuals who wish to promote FolioGenerator. Commission structures and promotional terms are provided through official partnership documentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and international treaties applicable to digital software and AI services. In cases not resolved through arbitration, jurisdiction shall lie with courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
This agreement remains valid and enforceable even if individual clauses are deemed unenforceable under certain laws.
FolioGenerator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of content, or suitability for a specific use case.
You use the platform at your own risk, and we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
