All source code, algorithms, templates, visual content, interface design, and training datasets associated with PortfoliBuilder are the sole intellectual property of CodePulse Innovations. This includes all AI-driven functionalities, output formats, and user interaction workflows.

Users retain full rights to the content they submit (such as resumes, images, personal information) and to the portfolios generated using their data. However, the design system, underlying logic, and delivery mechanisms used to create these portfolios remain proprietary to CodePulse.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against copyright violations. If you believe that any content available on PortfoliBuilder infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately via email at icodepulse@gmail.com with the following:

• A detailed description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
• Proof of ownership of said material
• Your full legal name and contact information
• A signed declaration under penalty of perjury affirming your claim

Users are not permitted to:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the PortfoliBuilder platform
• Extract source code or replicate design templates for commercial or public redistribution
• Scrape or mass download platform content through bots or automated scripts
• Resell AI-generated content under another brand or service without a commercial license (only available in Enterprise plans)

When you use PortfoliBuilder, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the platform for personal or authorized business purposes. This license does not confer ownership of any part of the underlying software, AI models, or codebase.

Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of platform components will be considered a violation of international copyright treaties and may result in legal action, including monetary damages and termination of services.

CodePulse Innovations reserves the right to enforce its copyright and intellectual property rights through appropriate legal channels, including digital takedown notices, cease and desist letters, and arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

In case of legal disputes related to copyright or proprietary use, the parties agree to binding arbitration under Pakistani law and international digital rights conventions.

This Copyright Policy is effective as of June 20, 2025, and may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law or business operations. Any modifications will be announced via email and published prominently on our official website at www.codepulseinnovations.com.
